This substance is the most important active biologist component and we can find it in garlic. This substance is an anti-bacterial substance in garlic. That was the benefits of garlic that contains anti-oxidant. And we know that anti-oxidant is very useful for our body, furthermore the substance contained in foods and we naturally get it.

It is important to know that it’s better to consume raw garlic. If you put up with its hot and the smell, it’s better to chew it so that it can blend with the enzyme contained in the spittle first. If you do not put up with its hot and strong smell you can directly swallow it. The side effect after eating garlic is feeling pain in your stomach. To reduce it you can consume the garlic with banana.
