Garlic Can Cure the Cough

Alternative Medicine – Garlic (Allium Sativum L.) is a kind of spice. The plant of garlic can reach 30 to 60 cm height. In the cold weather area, Garlic is usually planted in the end of autumn. It can be fertilized with manure. Garlic is easy to grow and can be grown year-round in mild climates. While sexual propagation of garlic is indeed possible, nearly all of the garlic in cultivation is propagated asexually, by planting individual cloves in the ground. In colder climates, cloves are planted in the autumn, about six weeks before the soil freezes, and harvested in late spring or early summer. The cloves must be planted at sufficient depth to prevent freeze/thaw which causes mold or white rot. Garlic is an important spice to cook. Besides that, garlic is very useful to cure cough.

Everybody must ever have cough. As we know cough will disturb our activity. Cough is a natural response from the body as the immune system of respiratory if there is any trouble from outside. Respiratory infection caused by virus is the main factor of cough sufferers. There are two kinds of cough. They are dry cough and phlegm. The early symptoms of dry cough is itchiness in the throat that caused cough. This type of cough usually happens in the end of influenza period or when there is an irritation.in the case of phlegm, cough is helpful because it can help release the sputum. The sputum can be from the throat, sinus and the lungs. These two kinds of cough can be cured with garlic.

We can cure the cough with healthy and simple way with garlic. Here is the way. Prepare 2 garlic, peel it, and then chew until smooth. And swallow with warm water. Do it twice a day.
